With my family being from southeastern Louisiana, food & drink is a driving force in our culture. New Orleans is called the Big Easy because we enjoy an easy-going lifestyle that is largely influenced by French-culture. We enjoy life and find pleasure in just about every aspect of it. That is apparent in our approach to hospitality - meals are often shared among friends and family, prepared with care and affection, taking our time to pick quality ingredients and seasoned to perfection.
With culinary arts deeply embedded in my upbringing, I have been passionate about learning about other cultures through their native cuisine and traditional cocktails. So much of a people’s history lie in their cuisine - what was easily available, how the food was prepared and what natural herbs they used to season and/or preserve their food.
